Awesome. Came right out on a Sunday. Ultimately, it was an issue that resulted from city construction of street. He waited around for city to arrive to help me talk with the city.

They were able to get to the house the morning that I called, and were able to get the line cleared quickly. Courteous and friendly, it was a great experience.

Madison Sewer and Drain Cleaning was great. They were cordial and clear on the phone, were able to schedule me within 2 hours, and even arrived ahead of their estimated time of arrival. They quickly figured out the easiest way to get their equipment into the house without disturbing things or tracking in mud, and the job was done quickly and well. I appreciated their explanation of exactly what they were doing and what their assessment of the situation was. They cleaned out the sewer line, clearing any blockage out to the main, and replaced the cap with a new one. I have had no further issues. The price was very fair, and they had informed me in advance of the probable cost. I was relieved that the problem was relatively minor, and that the solution very affordable. I hope to not need such services again, but if so, I would indeed call Madison Sewer and Drain Cleaning again.

Ken did a great job diagnosing my problem and clearing out multiple clogs. He also recommended some plumbing modifications I could make to prevent more backups in the future. Cost was very reasonable compared to some of the big businesses in town.

Quickly and smoothly

Excellent service. These guys responded quickly, coming out as soon as possible. They showed up a few minutes after the appointment time, but not enough that I would even consider it late. They got to work right away, and got things done much quicker than I expected, but they were thorough. The tech explained why things were backed up (though I already knew: house was vacant for a few months before we moved in, which is a recipe for clogs), and also asked permission before going above and beyond, as it would add a bit more to the bill. He was extremely friendly and kind, and also cleaned up some of the mess in the basement from the back-up, which was way more than I expected. That said, the price was reasonable and almost exactly what I hoped it would be, meaning it was a bit less than I expected. I was very pleased to get a working drain line for an appropriate and affordable amount, and if we ever have blockage again, I know who we'll call.

I was very happy with the service that was provided. I think they were a little surprised that I didn't need them instantly. I suppose that is the nature of the business. I had no water standing anywhere, just a drain that was causing gulping in a nearby shower drain. They showed up later that day and had the drain line cleaned out in a couple hours. Erich saw the salsa on our canned goods shelf in the basement and gave us a discount on the bill in exchange for a couple of jars of salsa, so that was a nice bonus as well. No complaints and I would use them again if the need should arise. I would recommend them.

Previous plumber was here for over 2 hours snaking that same drain with no success. These guys had it cleared out and working in under 30 min. They were very professional, informative and courteous. Highly recommend.
