My call for towing assistance resulted in being on their lot within 25 minutes.
Dave at the service counter, is a 'straight look you in the eye guy'.
He listed several paths we could follow in solving my problem. He then provided a quote for most benign first step in evaluating the situation.
Remarkably, my van was in the shop in less than half an hour after my arrival.
Further inspection brought up additional issues that we discussed at length. He went over the the associated costs and we agreed on a course of action.
This day could have been a total disaster.
However, with Dave's assistance in getting my vehicle to the shop quickly, a straight assessment of the situation and an immediate quote, helped me avoid what was certain to be a nightmarish experience.
