They are nice people and they do exactly what they said they will do. They make suggestions but they never pressure you. I think they are pretty honest. Everything they do is good.

They were thorough, professional, and friendly. I was told i needed tires and was given a quote for purchase and install. Very knowledgeable about my car and tires. Not pushy, just professional. I would recommend them to anyone with a vehicle.

Great! All repairs done on the same day, the loaner car wasn't top of the line but it ran perfect and got me to and from work without an issue. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable kept me updated on the repairs as the day went on. I would absolutely use them again!

With a broken down, aging van, a visit to Yelp came up with Gary Willie's. My call for towing assistance resulted in being on their lot within 25 minutes. Dave at the service counter, is a 'straight look you in the eye guy'. He listed several paths we could follow in solving my problem. He then provided a quote for most benign first step in evaluating the situation. Remarkably, my van was in the shop in less than half an hour after my arrival. Further inspection brought up additional issues that we discussed at length. He went over the the associated costs and we agreed on a course of action. This day could have been a total disaster. However, with Dave's assistance in getting my vehicle to the shop quickly, a straight assessment of the situation and an immediate quote, helped me avoid what was certain to be a nightmarish experience. A clean shop with a professional staff are among several aspects of their business that put me at ease. As their website says, 'fixed right the first time', is more than a slogan.
