Coming up with a way to add a much needed but difficult to do supply duct and return duct, and redesigning the attic supply distribution duct required some creative problem solving. Terry was definitely up to the task and did a great job in all areas. Larry, Terry, Lee and Sheri were all good to work with.

This is a family owned business that is currently run by brothers Larry and Terry. We chose them because they were locally owned and family run. They provide 24 hour service and that was important to us because we go south every winter and need to be sure there is someone who will be responsible for our heating system when we are not here. On the very first appointment both brothers showed up to talk about our needs in order to design the best system for our year round comfort and needs, while keeping budget in mind. When the estimate time came they both showed up again and went over what was being recommended and why. They also gave us options to save extra money. They have been doing this their whole lives and are very knowledgeable, so we felt comfortable that we were in the right hands with this big job.
This has been a multistep process that involved having them come to the house a number of times to coordinate with other subs doing work. Terry has arrived to all these steps in a very timely manner with no complaint, being cheerful in spite of the intense heat this summer. He did gas connections for our new gas fireplace, new ducting for our bathroom fans, ducting for our clothes dryer which changed location and a gas hookup for our new stove. Their concern went down to my being happy with their placement of floor registers including their size and color. Just wonderful service, and service with a smile!

Overall the service was fine.

Their price was very competitive. They came and did the job on time. There was excessive noise when they were done. They came the next day and repaired it. I am very pleased with them.

They are very professional. The job is done promptly and correctly. They are also reasonably priced.

Four Season came to our home on April 15, 2011 for an inspection/cleaning of our furnace. This was done to avoid having furnace failure in the middle of the winter. Cost $100. On January 3, 2012 our furnace quit working. We called Four Seasons to come out since their office is less than 10 minutes from our home. It took 20 minutes exactly to fix our furnace. For that we were charged $90 and another $20 for the 20 minutes round-trip of travel. Since they already received $100 in April to prevent this, I wish they would have prorated the fee to what 20 minutes labor would have cost instead of charging for one hour of labor.

They initial were called to repair a non-working A/C unit. They found the problems and made appropriate repairs to get the unit running. They did indicate that there was a leak somewhere in the refrigerant lines, but because of the age of the system it would not be cost efficient to try to locate it. They said that the system could operate properly for a short time or a long time, they would not be able to determine the length of time because of the unknown condition of the leak.

They did provide information, options and prices on newer more efficient furnace and A/C units. At a later date, we decided to install new units to replace the 20+ year old furnace and A/C units. They were timely and responsive during the installation process. They were professional and courteous during the process.

We would use them again if needed.

Their quotation was not the cheapest we received, but neither was it the most expensive. Every step of the way, we were treated professionally and respectfully. When the installation was done, their team of installers treated our house very well, protecting the floor and stairs from tracked in dirt and removing our old equipment. We went back to Four Seasons because their work was so good on our furnace that we were confident in a job being well done on the AC.

Their work was excellent and their price was in line with some other quotes that we got. They were on time.

They were excellent. They helped us with a lot of troubleshooting and deciding what system would work best in our home. Their technicians were very professional, they showed up on time and worked efficiantly. They cleaned up after themselves and i would highly recommend them.
