Have been using them since 2015. Expertise and compassion were general. Very welcoming and accommodating when you walk in.

Nervous about having dog groomed, they called half way thru and was reassured they were keeping dog calm.

They had not groomed her tail. They could not have completed the job. The dishonesty was there and they fell flat with lack of knowledge of the breed they were grooming.

The groomer did not know the breed as they should and shaved our dogs when we asked them not to, it took 9 months to get the coat back they are supposed to have. I would not recommend them for grooming. Employee did want to take ownership for mistake. Make sure employees are educated on breed of dogs and what there coat styles should be, listen to customer.

They do great job! They are very friendly and we enjoy taking our dog there.

I've had them for many years. They're topnotch. There's nothing that I don't like. They're pricing is in line. I've been using them  for 10 years.

They are a little bit less expensive than a lot of the places but they're not cheap. They care for the animals but what I don't like is that they are part of big corporation that I get lots of junk e-mails from. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Country View Veterinary Services were great! They did an excellent job of communicating with us from start to finish. I dropped him off at 7:30 am last Friday morning, checked in and they went over everything...the paperwork, the procedure, and time frame. The vet actually called me several times that morning with some questions and to just let me know how everything went. We picked him up around 4:00 pm and they explained to me in detail on how everything went and what to look for and how to handle him for the next 10 to 14 days. They called again the next day to check in with us. Cheech is doing very well.

They came out to do the annual check for all the horses in the barn, and it was the first time my horse had ever seen them; she is a little miniature horse, so it is a little bit different than seeing a regular horse. They were just great with her. She is a good little girl anyway, but they were just great in their handling and checking her over and everything. They were easy to approach if I had any questions. I would continue to use them again in the future if needed.
