It took 4 hours for one person to complete the service. Everything was clean after they left.

Originally I contacted this company for information on Geothermal heating. Tom came out to measure my house and answer questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable about Geo. A few days later (on SUNDAY) my furnace wasn't working. I sent Tom a text message inquiring about what might be wrong. He responded right away with a few suggestions. I knew he was working the expo event in GB and was probably really busy. So I appreciated his promptness. Unfortunately his suggestions didn't work. He told me to contact some local HVAC companies and find out their availability. If they weren't able to come out he offered to leave the show to make sure I had heat.
I was a little surprised when everyone I called was looking to charge me over $400 because it was Sunday. I was able to manually start my furnace so I decided to wait until Monday to have it serviced. Tom was in the area on another service call so he stopped over to check it out. He was able to diagnose the problem (bad board and dirty flame censor) quickly. My furnace is working great and I saved $150. I will definitely use this company in the future.
