My son has attended Red Balloon in both locations, La Crosse and Onalaska. He started with the La Crosse location in January 2011 and remained at that location until September of that year. At that time, there was an opening in Onalaska. Unfortunately, I had a schedule change and was forced to put him into an in-home facility. However, when that proved disastrous, RBCC welcomed him back immediately. He has been happy there. He comes home chatting about the day's activities, singing songs he's learned and telling me about his friends. The staff there is, for the most part, caring and nurturing. Additionally, there is a core of teachers who have pretty much stayed the same. There are floaters who come and go, usually students. They are also sensitive to special needs. Both locations are scent and peanut free, due to allergies. Overall, I'm very satisfied with our experience.

The staff at Red Balloon are very flexible with our schedule and recently I was laid off for about a month and they worked with me to keep a spot open for my son and even let him join in with a musical concert that the center was putting on. Very nice people.
