The buyer called on vacant land in Minnesota. We went to look at several pieces that might be a good option for them. We found an piece that the buyer particularly liked. Mr. Van Aelstyn not knew everything there was to know about the land but also made contact with the nieghbors, who then allowed us to look at the acreage and the house they built on it. The end result was a very happy buyer who them made a full priced offer and a very happy seller who accepted a full price offer. Win-win-win
