Very non-responsive. Lots of promises, no follow through. I understand the owner had some family issues to deal with and I told him to just keep in touch and keep me posted. I wasn't in a hurry to have the work done, but wanted a price. After more than a month of trying to catch him and getting told what he would do only to have it not happen, I went elsewhere. Really nice person, but a bad experience. I'm sure he does nice work, just not for me.
