They're good. They're usually pretty willing to work with you. We've been just happy with them. Their pricing is comparable with other dealerships.

I had owned a Lincoln at the time and the oil change was free because it was a Lincoln. This is a good deal. I also bought the Lincoln from Dahl. They were very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff and very satisfied with them. My mother in law also uses Dahl and she seems to like them too.

Fast service

Brought a vehicle for service. Told the service person exactly what needed to be repaired. They provided an estimate of 2 hours labor ($200) and parts ($200). Scheduled the appointment and brought the car in. They called back and said it would be $850 instead of $400. The repair was exactly what we had told them needed to be done. The quote they had provided was for less work that what I had told them was required, the actual quote (which was double) was for what we knew needed to be done. Told them we didn't want it done for that price, and we still had to pay for the diagnostic. The experience was frustrating because we knew what needed to be done and their quote was way off, and it cost us money for nothing.

Dahl Ford quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled service within a few minutes. They provided the cost of parts and service to be performed with no surprises when I picked up the car at customer service. Every car serviced by the dealership receives a written Ford approved diagnostic service report that can alert the owner of any current or potential service requirements. The service was performed quickly and with factory approved parts. The dealership has a limited warranty on their service, however I have not had any further problems and I feel they would resolve any service issues quickly in favor of the customer. I have previously used their service and have always received the same attention and quality work.
Dahl Automotive provides excellent, professional customer service with the work performed by trained mechanics . They have a comfortable customer waiting area onsite with refreshments (i.e. coffee) for customers. They are located near shopping, within walking distance, and provide a customer alert device that can be carried with and signals when the service is complete.
