Longwire Tech Services was very responsive to my request for a quote and was able to quickly come out and resolve our antenna repair issue. The cost of their service was within the quoted price. It was not inexpensive, but that does not mean it was not a fair price. They provided me with the part they replaced, which adds to my confidence that the work they did was required. I am very pleased with this experience.

At first I was not satisfied with the service but after hearing all the facts surrounding the antenna I chose, I realized that I was the problem. They returned and did all that they could to get me my best signal. I should have asked more questions at the time they first installed the antenna and I would have saved myself a lot of grief!! They were very patient with me and very professional and I thank them!

The guys were able to help troubleshoot an antenna signal strength problem we were having. After trying and installing 3 different antennas, we were able to figure it out. Good customer service. The only downside to the project was that I wish they were more prompt and arrived when they said they would.

I now have the TV stations that I can view and I don’t have any problems with the picture. An outdoor antenna is the best for our location.
