BIX RESTORATION

They did an excellent job. They were very, very good. Their prices were also very reasonable.

BIX staff arrived promptly for estimates, pick-up, and delivery of the table. They were prompt and courteous. They took time to answer all of our questions, never making us feel rushed. Moreover, they returned several times to assure that the table, leaves, and the chairs, which had been completed earlier, all matched in coloring, and that the pieces were completed to our satisfaction. The original price was well within other estimates that we had received. The additional price, caused by the need to replace the veneer, was more than we expected, but they carefully and fully explained the reason for the additional expense. We had hoped to recover this part of the expense from the moving company, but that is still pending.

OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP. REASONABLY PRICED AND THE WORK WAS DONE EARLIER THAN EXPECTED!

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB, BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE!

IT WAS NICE TO FIND A COMPANY THAT STRIPPED PAINT FROM WOODWORK AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. THE DOORS WERE SO WELL CLEANED THAT I COULD STAIN AND SEAL THEM RIGHT AWAY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT BIX WILL NOT COME TO MY HOME TO STRIP THE PAINT FROM BASEBOARDS AND DOOR FRAMES.

THE DOOR (INCLUDING HARDWARE) WAS RETURNED TO US CLEAN AND LOOKS GREAT. (PRICE ABOVE INCLUDES $25 PICK UP AND DELIVERY FEE.) THEY LOWERED THE PRICE FOR US SLIGHTLY BECAUSE THE DOOR WAS WIDER THAN THEY THOUGHT WHEN THEY QUOTED US A LOWER PRICE OVER THE PHONE. WE PLAN TO HAVE ABOUT 12 MORE DOORS DONE BY THEM. WOULD BE NICE IF THEY OFFERED A VOLUME DISCOUNT!

PICK UP AND DELIVERY ALSO AVAILABLE. THEY SAVED ME SO MUCH TIME ON THE DOORS, I'VE BEEN BACK TWICE WITH OTHER ITEMS. IT'S A DIRTY JOB, BUT SOMEONE'S WILLING THE BE PAID TO DO IT.
