His pricing is pretty competitive. I ve seen his office and think he is well established in the lake country area and has built homes on several lakes. I think he has a lot of knowledge and is very honest person. He has also helped us with the approvals and permits. However, the project is still at a very preliminary stage and is yet to shape up but I don t anticipate any problems with him. He very good at returning phone calls and has got a lot of patience. He is very punctual.
