+ -1 moreHis pricing is pretty competitive. I ve seen his office and think he is well established in the lake country area and has built homes on several lakes. I think he has a lot of knowledge and is very honest person. He has also helped us with the approvals and permits. However, the project is still at a very preliminary stage and is yet to shape up but I don t anticipate any problems with him. He very good at returning phone calls and has got a lot of patience. He is very punctual.
Description of Work: We have hired him to re-build our lake cottage. We have a house up there but it is too tiny for the whole family and we are also thinking of moving there permanently so we decided we had to start all over again.
