THEY DO AN OK JOB; NOT A GREAT JOB. EVERY YEAR WE GET DIFFERENT GUYS DOING THE JOB, THE BOSS DOESN'T TRAIN THEM SO WE HAVE TRAIN THEM ABOUT THE SPECIFICS AND PARTICULARS OF OUR YARD AND HOW WE LIKE IT. THAT'S KIND OF ANNOYING FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS LIKE WE ARE. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE BOSS WOULD COME OUT WITH THE NEW GUYS THE FIRST FEW TIMES AND MAKE SURE THEY DO IT RIGHT. AND GIVE THEM A CHECKLIST THEY CAN REFER TO EVERY TIME. INSTEAD, WE HAVE TO DO THIS FOR THEM. OTHERWISE, THEY'RE OK. IF I COULD GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT FOR THE SAME PRICE OR LESS, I WOULD, SO I'M NOT A LOYAL CUSTOMER. THEY'VE RUN OVER OUR SPRINKLERS AND BROKE THEM, AND CUT DOWN SOME PERENNIALS, STUFF THAT MAKES ME A LITTLE NUTS. WE HAVE A REALLY LARGE LOT SO IT ISN'T FEASIBLE FOR US TO DO IT OURSELVES, OTHERWISE WE WOULD. THERE'S GOT TO BE A BETTER SERVICE OUT THERE THAT DOESN'T CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG.
