Rion waterproofing did an excellent job, they showed up when they said they would. They were extremely clean and considerate. The work was second to none. Very satisfied with the result and couldn't recommend enough.

Rion was the only company to adequately explain how/why the cracks appeared as they did. They did not try to sell us services that we did not need (unlike many others). We had this work done about seven months ago. The team was fabulous to work with, they did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, and after a wet spring and several hard rains during the summer, not one drop of water has come through the walls. Highly recommended all the way around.

They did a great job! They were very careful about not tracking in dirt and cleaning up when they were finished. The workers were very professional and friendly. They even came back on Saturday morning to finish up. They were very responsive to all my questions... very easy to work with from start to finish!!

Everything from the bid to the project was done quickly and efficiently and they thoroughly cleaned up during and after the project completion. Very professional and a beautiful job well done. 95% complete in less than a day Job went smoothly. Only two things that could have been done better. 1) they set up ventilation to keep the fumes from the concrete saw out of the house. This did not work. The fumes were very noticeable inside the home while they were working. And the basement smelled of 2-cycle fuel for about 3 weeks. 2) where the cut out existing drywall; the cuts in the studs were very uneven. Insulation was pulled out way beyond where drywall was removed. I'll either have to remove the rest of the drywall or try to shove insulation back into the openings. Lastly, they did an equally rough job on cutting back the drywall. All of this could have been done a lot neater and I wouldn't have so much prep work to do before replacing the drywall. All this said, all the workers were polite, clean and well mannered. The actual window looks very neat. The inspector said it was a good installation. So, overall, I'm satisfied with this.

The crew was very efficient and pleasant to work with. The owner provided very thorough and detailed explanations of the work needed and the procedures needed to perform the project. Work began on the day planned and was completed within 4 days, as expected. I would recommend this company for any similar work.

I have nothing but positive comments to say about Ryan and his crew that put in our egress window. They were extremely thorough, answered all of our questions during the process and were easy to work with. They cleaned up the yard and house after installation. Would use again for another window or basement related issue.

This was 1 of the best service experiences I have had in a LONG time! Ryan came out to look at my situation of water in my family room in the basement. I told him my concerns & showed him what was already done ( drain tile test thing - mud caked in 1 hole, clean in the other), no water in the sump pump crock etc. He then walked around inside and out looking and explaining as he went around. Answering all of my smart & not so smart questions. He then told me it was 99% a crack and not my drain tile (like 2 others told me it was). After going over other quotes and asking question I went with Ryan's quote. I was then equally impressed with the actual work. They cut out the right amount of drywall to fix it and cleaned up after wards, taking all debris and garbage, they fixed the 2 holes, and they flushed out the mud from the drain tile! We have had many rainy day and I am very happy to say that my sump pump is running again and not a drop of water in the family room!!!
