Ray was prompt, completely reliable, professional, extremely efficient. He got the work done within a few days of our meeting and contracting with him.  His explanations of what needed to be done and why were clear.   His work seems very well done.  Having had some unreliable plumbing estimates and work done by another provider previously, it was a pleasure to deal with a tradesman who seemed to know what he was doing and had accurate estimates for all.

He provides excellent service. I have used him for a long time. He has done several jobs for me this year. He is on time and he is nice guy. He cleans up after himself and does very nice work. He is fair with his pricing. He is on time all the time. I will continue to use him in the future. Long time ago when I was remodeling my basement and he has been constantly there for 17 years. He is great guy.

It was just about the same time when I was doing the bathroom remodel. He used somebody else that was being used by that contractor. He actually put in the 50 gallon water heater, replaced the power 25 years old water heater because it had started to leak. He put in a new 50 gallon, 12 year warranty gas fire water heater. He knew what he was doing and he did a good job. He had already been here and done something else that I didn't pay for directly. I think I was chatting with him or something like that while he was doing that and I was telling him that I was looking for a water heater. He said that he could probably get one for me and I wanted it replaced with the one that I was looking at that point and that's true. He did and his price was excellent. The work that I had seen him doing already seemed to be pretty good. I was pleased with him. The quality seemed fine. He was punctual. I would have remembered if he didn't show up or if he showed up traumatically late. He was professional. He's been doing it for a good while and knows exactly what he is doing. I would consider using him in the future. I think his prices may have gone up since then. I haven't even called him. I wanted something else fitted and decided to go with somebody else, but I should have thought about him.

We got home one evening and found water on our floor in our utility room where our furnace and water heater were. We mentioned it to some friends that we were visiting and they gave us his name. We called him and he was very quick to say that he could be out the next day with the water heater. He gave us a quote for about $700 and that was a fairly reasonable price. He came out the very next day, which we were thrilled about because we thought that we had a leak in our water heater. He took one look at it and replaced the water heater. He did the work, but the next day we still had water on the floor, so he came back and did $1300 worth of work. Jack hammered our basement floor and discovered that it was not the water from the water heater, but from a different problem. He did not assess the problem correctly, but took my word for it and I am not a plumber. He did not offer us any kind of refund and when my husband called and talked to him he hung up on him when he said that he needed to stand by his work and come and make it right. We would not recommend him to others. The last time we contacted them regarding the problem was in November or December of last year.

We were presented with several options on what to purchase and were given the cost upfront. The bill was exactly what was quoted and the work was done very professionally and quickly. We are very happy with the service we received and will cal Ray Yogerst Plumbing again in the future for our home plumbing needs.

He was very prompt. He showed up the time that he said he was going to. He called me when he was going to me a few minutes late from the time that we set up.
