I am impressed. The floor refinish looks great and Cliff is very knowledgeable about floors and accurate with his time estimates. But, more importantly, Cliff made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He was able to accommodate my schedule and was very responsive to all questions throughout getting an estimate and completing the job. Since this was a rental property and I was not there all the time, he even sent me pictures of the progress! It is not very often that you get this level of professionalism and it was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Radaj Custom Floors and will be calling him myself, if I need any more floor work done!

Cliff was very dependable, knowledgeable and friendly. He suggested a Brazilian cherry border to set the family room off from the hallway. It looks amazing! We will have him back to do our stairs and dining room.

We were impressed with Cliff's craftsmanship and attention to detail. He made our diy installed oak floors look amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will call if we ever have another floor to finish. He said he treats each job as if it were in his own house, and that is nice to hear.

Everything went great! We were on a tight moving time schedule. The contractor was amazing at coordinating everything and assuring that the job was done in time for our move in. We actually also used this company to redo all of the floors in the home we were selling. In all of our showings, there were comments as to how beautiful the floors were.

The thing that impresses us the most is how considerate and thorough the contractor was with each project. He takes a great amount of pride in his work! We are so happy with our new floors!
