"Unfortunately the month of May we had 2-3 days in a row of dry weather the whole month. The back area not being cut because you sink in when walking is one of the lowest properties in the subdivision so most of water collects in his cup of a back yard. This customer has poor drainage which doesnt drain down like it should. If we try to cut it and create tire marks he gets furious if we cant cut it he gets furious. It's a lose lose here."
