 + -1 morePurchased a mattress from this store about a week ago with a scheduled delivery for the following weekend. The customer service rep put down the incorrect delivery date on the receipt, and when I realized the delivery wasn't going to occur when it was supposed to, I spoke with the store manager. He took no responsibility for the error and was VERY rude. It was only when I spoke with the district manager that I heard the word "sorry" and "I apologize for the mistake".
Description of Work: Purchased a mattress.
