Mark has been my go-to guy since I bought this house two years ago and he was highly recommended by my realtor. We have had him do furnace and air conditioner repairs, and he is always efficient, fast, and the price is reasonable. As well, I would say that it is very important to me that he is such a good person. I would feel totally fine about giving him a key to my home, and having him there with no one at home. He is also fine with my dogs, which is great. I would absolutely recommend him!

In the middle of one of the coldest nights of the year (thirty below with windchill!) the furnace in our five-year-old house stopped working. Mark was referred to me by a friend who had used his services before, and I called him at 7:30 a.m. to ask for help. He was here by 8:30 a.m. trying to figure out our problem. The furnace trap had become blocked, so Mark cleaned it out, and got the furnace working again. He also advised me on the type of filter to buy, and made some suggestions regarding routine maintenance. He was very nice, very professional, efficient, and the price was reasonable. I hope you are not in the situation of having your furnace stop working on a cold winter's day, but if you are, call Mark!
