Our septic system clogged and backed up into the toilet. We originally called a company that advertises on the radio and shows up in top spots when you search google. The employee was very professional and nice. However, it cost us $2200 to get it diagnosed and unclogged. The Tech found that the main pipe that connects the septic system from outside the house to the inside of the house had cracked away on the outside of the house and plant roots had grown into the pipe. So they wanted another $2700 to dig down and weld a new pipe section in. We ended up calling Leverenz. We normally use him to pump our septic. The owner came and looked at the problem and explained everything. He was very nice and professional. He was also very honest. He replaced the pipe and he did it for a $1000 and pumped out septic. He also told us it would of been only $1200 total if we had called him initially to take care of everything. We are talking $3700 less than the big name company. The $1000 repair also included him renting a back hoe to dig up the yard. It also included a licensed Plummer to do the weld on part of the pipe inside of the house in the basement. The work was done over a year ago and everything works great. I can't believe the price difference. And we also got a good honest Plummer out of it. I extremely recommend you call them for anything septic related.
