+ -1 moreI WAS TOLD WHEN I ORDERED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS FOR MY KNOBS TO ARRIVE. THEY FINALLY ARRIVED 6 WEEKS LATER, BUT THEY WERE NOT THE ONES I ORDERED (WRONG FINISH). ALTHOUGH THE CLERK APOLOGIZED, I FELT THAT IT WAS NOT A SINCERE APOLOGY. I BELIEVE MY ORDER WOULD HAVE BEEN PROCESSED IN A MORE TIMELY FASHION AND THAT I WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN BETTER SERVICE IF MY ORDER HAD COST MORE.
Description of Work: ORDERED CABINET HARDWARE.
