Poorly. We moved to another state and choose to sell my family home of 55 years. Holly was responsive and informative before we signed the paperwork. Holly promised to be at the home inspection and final walk through. She was at neither. Holly did not research pricing well, for the city had re-assed the home, she did not know this until we told her. We sold the home at the cities assessed value, we could not pull out of the contract when we found out the value change, all the contracts were signed. Holly did not show for the home inspection. I texted Holly from another stated and inquired how it was going. Holly's response was how do you know this is going on. My neighbors of 20 plus years informed me. They were surprised I did not tell them of the activity at a vacant home. She booked a showing and the home inspection at the same time. We lost out on a potential other buyer. When the negotiation came for the home. Holly did not reveal that we would pay 4% commissions to her on the closing cost for the buyer did not pay the closing we did. We expected her to inform us of this information, we could of had the buyer pay the closing cost and we lower the price of the home. The final straw was at the closing. Holly grabbed the keys and garage door opener and would not let us even hand over the keys to the new buyer. This was the home I grew up in and then lived for 20 years in mid adulthood. We were informed two weeks after closing she was working at a title company, while selling homes. This appeared to be a conflict of interest and why she did not attend the home inspection and final walk through.
