Mike was very timely in coming to look at the area and give me a quote. He is friendly, professional and very helpful in deciding on design and color. He started the job and completed it in the time he promised - in fact was done a little earlier than he promised. He was very reassuring throughout the process and patient with my repetitive questions and my changing my mind about the color stain I wanted several times. He has a good vision of the final product and suggested a few changes to my ideas that turned out very well. I have had many compliments on the patio since it was finished. I would recommend Ganos and would use them again.

The deck began to chip in one quadrant of the deck, so I called the company to have repairs made. They promised to return, but after numberous calls they still haven't come back to do the work. I can only imagine that further repairs will be needed as the years progress.
