 + -1 moreAt first it went great, until there was a problem with the material. Half way through the build they had the manufacturer come out and look at the wood. They paid CB Construction to replace the top of the deck. The contractor drew up another contract stating they would replace the deck st no cost to me. I signed it and sent it back, and they now refuse to answer any over calls, texts, fb posts or messages. They took three money and ran. Butter beware, they do not honor any warranty and will definitely take advantage of you. Breach of contract and trust.
