We were so happy that he saved us so much money by coming up with a creative solution. It has been a few weeks since the service was complete, and we have no complaints.

Tough to get an appointment, but once scheduled, they were "Johnny on the spot!" Fast and professional. Disappointing that since two water heaters were installed at exactly the same time, there was no discount for travel or labor.
