Approved LLC

We recently had our old gutters and downspouts replaced. Approved, LLC was hired for the task due to their very competitive bid and a recommendation by a neighbor that had the same work done and was very satisfied with the outcome. I am extremely happy with this new gutter system. Tom made a few suggestions on improving the old gutter system to better manage drainage and overflow issues even in light to moderate rains. He virtually eliminated the overflow problem over our patio door, front entranceway and directly over our air conditioner. The waterfalls that used to occur at those places during light to moderate rains have virtually disappeared due to the addition of downspouts, proper pitching and increased size of the gutters and downspouts, suggested by Tom. I'm very happy with that outcome! The work was done in a professional and timely manner. Our raised ranch with hip roofs and landscaping made it a challenge for the installers but they really took care not to damage our new plantings and newly planted grass. They took great care in removing any dropped screws or metal cuttings cleaning up as they went and then again right before they left double checked to ensure nothing was left behind. We were extremely pleased with the price and also the work and final outcome. The color match was perfect as well. No more issues with valley waterfalls during moderate rains and no more leaky overflowing gutters! It was a pleasure to meet Tom and Karen. They made this whole project work around our schedule. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a very good value and highly competent professional removal and installation of gutters and downspouts.

I asked for a quote on my roof but when Tom arrived he told me the job was too big for him. But rather than just leaving, he climbed up on the roof and gave me his opinion of the other quotes I had received. His advice was greatly appreciated.

He was real conscientious and communicated well. They did good work in a timely manner. They asked alot of questions. Once they began work, they realized additional work to be done. He was very considerate in reviewing pricing and giving options. He explained exactly why he was doing things as opposed to just stating it needed to be done. I'd highly recommend them to others and use their services again.

Overall we were very pleased with our new roof. The replacement skylights and ridge vent were added during the installation which added to the final cost beyond the initial estimate.

Prompt quotes, they knew what they were doing. Came as scheduled and did a great job. No issues over the past 3 years.

They took off the old roof and replaced it with a new one. They did pretty good job. They had just 2 men to do the work, so they took some time to finish the work. They cleaned up after some time. The quality of work they did was very good.
