Luke and Chris did an amazing job on our patio. They worked with us to get us the design that we wanted and within our budget. High quality work, efficiently completed, and they even did a nice job repairing the grass. We recommend Accent!

These are just a few of the photos of the complete job that Accent Exteriors called acceptable. These were taken DAYS after they completed the job. You can see the paint is chipping and flaking off, this started the day after they completed. You can also see that the texture the applied looks NOTHING like the previous textures, and on top of that there are CHUNKS of stucco left in our yard, and finally the door they painted to match my house started peeling the SAME DAY! Luke even admitted they didn't use the correct paint. Finally, he tried charging us 50% more than he quoted us with ZERO change orders or any conversations with myself.

"Unfortunately this customer did not want to pay. She refused to meet for the final walk through for weeks. When a crew was sent over (3 guys for a day) for touch ups on final she drove off after verifying she would be there. The home had been patch before, five different textures where on the home and the texture that was loose and repaired was matched to what was there. She was happy at the time it was done. She had added painting of gutters and downspouts, repairs on window frames, doors to be painted. Each day she was happy until the final bill came. I offered to personally remove and re-texture any area she did not like to her satisfaction. I asked if I did that and took care of this any other concerns to her satisfaction would she then pay her bill. She said "No", and not to come onto her property anymore. She then proceeded to go to every website she could find and leave bad reviews. She has paid in full with interest after having to file a court case. If you have time I suggest you look at our google reviews. We our proud of our customer service and our customers keep coming back. We have been in business since 2006 and have an amazing record of amazing projects."
