Siding is fine Concrete cracked pretty quick and informed him. I said I wanted it replaced in the few spots it cracked. It has been over a year. They keep saying they will come. It takes FOREVER to call back. I will keep calling until the job is done correctly. If not I will contact an attorney. Very poor service. I will never hire again. Or recommend

3 of the windows Seals broke from improper installation, he didn't insulate them either. He didn't seal the gutter joints and we had water back drain into the house between the walls and had to tear walls out of a bedroom and have someone repair the gutter. He said he would come back and caulk around the windows and replace the broken ones, he never did. He now avoids my calls and I have to pay Great Lakes windows to send someone here with the replacement windows. He used Silver nails on our black trim. His work is terrible. He cut corners where he could.

Gave good price, but took 2 weeks to do 2 day job. Promised hand nailed but used air nailer. Many lumps in roof from crooked nails. Put in ridge vwent but never cut ridge.

The roof fell in on our barn pretty much taking the rest of the building with it. Per the community we live in it was ordered torn down. Greg Trempala was very professional and offered up the quote with the most detail and the best value for the money that was spent. When he told us something in the work schedule was to be done it was taken care of when he said it would be. We made two payments to him, one after the halfway point of the project and the rest at the time of completition, he asked for nothing up front. It is a nice looking garage, well built that will last us for a long time.
