Very well! Tom and his wife, Judy, were timely, thorough, professional and hard-working. They completely removed some persistent spotting in the bedroom and brought out the muted colors of the staircase rug. Both provided valuable tips and a bottle of Spot Remover to help maintain/clean future spots. The small business pride their work displayed is why I love to use Family-owned and other smaller businesses! Thank you both.

We bought new living room furniture which we had to schedule for delivery. When we removed the old furniture we thought this would be a good time to have the carpet cleaned. I searched Angie's list for a carpet cleaning company that had an A rating and had a reasonable price for a small job. I contacted TLC carpet cleaning on Monday and was able to schedule an appt for the next day. Tuesday was a windy, nasty day. They were very careful not to get water on our hardwood floors while bringing in the hoses. They put a big foam piece around the door to keep the cold air out. It took less than an hour to clean the carpet. Before they left they gave me a spot cleaning solution and explained how to use it. I would definitely use this company again.

Great experience. carpet looked like new. They even cleaned entry way rugs for free and left us with a bottle of spot cleaner (works great). We will be using them again soon

The cleaning took out stains that had been there for the past 3 years (yeah, I've been negligent). The raking really improved the appearance too. They were in and out and did a great job.

I was satisfied with the service. They were excellent and curteous. They did exactly what they said they would do and did a great job. I also thought the price was reasonable.

The come do an estimate and give you an exact quote. You pay for as much as you want done. They are on time, professional, courteous, and diligent. They even gave us a military discount! We use them regularly and they are wonderful!

I was really impressed! They just had that old fashion perfectionist work ethic. They did a pre-treatment, and raked the carpets when they were done. Somebody even asked me if I got new carpeting. They even returned a call later and gave me a good system on how to get gum out.

Other companies I contacted had a $100 minimum. I was pleased to pay only for what I needed to have cleaned.

HE USED UNSCENTED CARPET CLEANING SOLUTION FOR CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY. HE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND HE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER. PERFECT QUALITY CLEANING!!!
