Called Tim on a Saturday morning and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes and said he could be out within 2 hours. He gave me an estimate over the phone. He showed up on time and did a great job. He clearly knows his stuff and was reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again.

Very well.  Worked quickly and thoroughly.  He also checked a drain that was down-stream to be sure clog was gone.
In prior years they have done other work including a faucet, laundry tub, water heater, and connections for toilet; always professional and timely.

I was quite ill and had a clogged drain that I couldn't manage to take care of and after two days, I gave up.
I made a call that morning and in less than two hours he was there. He was very kind, showed me how I could try in the future to take care of it myself and I appreciated his expertise. It was taking the time to show me and give me tips that I really appreciated (well, that and the quick response).

Slow leak on cold water supply to kitchen faucet was gradually getting worse. We had small bucket under it to catch water, and emptied it a few times a week at first. But, we gradually had to empty it more often. By the time we called the plumber, we had to empty the bucket every day. Called Tim's Plumbing on June 8, and made appointment for June 9. The Time, the owner of Tim's Plumbing, came over at the agreed upon time on June 9, and he made the repair. It took him less than a half hour to complete the work. He did not make a mess. The leak has totally stopped.

I have used this service numerous times.  They are very prompt and call if running late on last appointment..  I even set it up to call me 1/2 hr before they came so I could leave work to be home.  The tech is good and explains what he is doing if you want to know.
This last time he had more work then was expected with my pipes and explained the whole situation.  He installed a breather valve so I could bleed the pipes very easily for next year.  I would use them again.

Sent email to Tim with photo of the old valves. He emailed back an estimate for the work. I called him, and scheduled a plumber to come to do the work the next day. Mike called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on schedule. He removed the 2 old shutoff valves for our washing machine, and replaced them with 2 new ball valve shutoff valves. He was here for about a half hour.

He came out the day I called him and assessed the problem. He came back and fixed the problem right away.  It was a little pricey and I still have a leak but stated I need a new faucet.  Due to the price was unable to fix it at that time.  He did offer me a $25.00 discount.

He did a great job. I have also had Tim fix an outside faucet for me and he did a great job for a very reasonable price.

and easily cleaned out a clogged drain and also provided tips to DIY
this in the future , Tim also replaced my water heater a year or two
ago,and has become my plumber of choice, professional prompt and great
attention to detail.

Tim's Plumbing has been to my home several times. They have always done good work. The last couple of times they have been difficult to contact, but the work has been good.

I called Tim's Plumbing after trying to tighten the leaky pipe connections under my kitchen sink. Tim called to confirm the appointment the morning of the appointment letting me know he had another appointment that morning that might take longer than expected and gave me a realistic expectation for when he'd arrive at my home. He called again at the expected arrival time to let me know he was leaving the previous customer location and how long it would take him to get to my house. He was already aware of the time constraints I had that day and worked completely within them.
Tim inspected the leaky fixtures and recommended a complete replacement and reconfiguration of the plumbing. He was not forceful nor pushy. Had I said no to the replacement I honestly believe he would have done exactly as I asked without complaint or and quot;eye-rollingand quot;. He never appeared agitated or impatient when I had him explain a few concepts a second or third time because I just didn't understand. He was always calm and respectful. Not everyone understands everything that may seem easy to you. Tim gets that. He took the time to explain to me how the existing configuration the previous home owner (a do-it-yourself-er) had built was causing my plumbing to work less efficiently than necessary and putting too much strain on the connections which were hand-tightened and not cemented together (thus the leaks). I have had 2 occasions in the past with clogs. The way the existing plumbing was configured made it necessary to call a plumber (I didn't know about Tim back then.). A pipe snake could not reach the obstruction. Tim replaced and reconfigured all of the plumbing under the sink which includes an access port! If the occasion arises again where I need to snake the drain (God forbid), I can use a wrench to open the port and snake the obstruction myself without needing to call him back. He had just possibly and intentionally cost himself a future job. I work in service/support. My goal is to help my clients become self-sufficient so that they no longer need me. It allows them to be more productive and me to deal with the next client or other needs. Tim met that goal with this project.
Tim is professional and friendly, He is appropriately dressed and equipped to do the job. In the 2 times I've hired Tim, he has had every thing he needs to do the job in his truck with no need to order parts or return to the shop. He works quickly am efficiently and doesn't drag out the project. My house is as clean when he leaves as when he walked in the door. I found his prices to be very reasonable and that I got a great value for the services he provided. I highly recommend Tim's Plumbing.

Tim was recommended by a friend (I was not yet aware of Angie's List). Tim scheduled his visit on my time-table. He arrived on time. After examining the old faucet, he explained to me in layman's terms that while he could repair the faucet the repair would be temporary due to corrosion he showed to me inside the faucet assembly. I opted to replace the faucet. He provided one he had i the truck that completely met my needs in style and functionality (I wasn't looking for fancy or elaborate). Having a portable dishwasher that connects to the faucet causes additional pressure on the faucet assembly. This review is being written 18 months after the work was completed. The faucet and separate but connected sprayer still works perfectly. I was pleased with Tim's craftsmanship and professionalism. I already felt that his prices were reasonable, yet because I was referred by an existing customer, Tim gave me a significant discount and a card to share with my friend for a discount on any future work her family needed as a thank you for the referral. Aside from the discount, I was very pleased with Tim's work and called him again for a different plumbing problem I will describe in a separate report. I recommend Tim's Plumbing Co.

My next door neighbor called and set up the appointment. He has used Tim in the past and highly recommended him. Tim called and need to reschedule to the next afternoon. This worked fine for my schedule. Tim arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a timely fashion. He was wonderful!!! He even checked my kitchen disposal and said it did not need replacing at this time. Tim was very concerned about keeping the work area dry and clean. I would recommend Tim to all of my family. Tim found out I am facing a large dental bill this week and took $25.00 off the bill. What a gentleman. Thank you Tim.

I was very happy with his service and pricing and will use him again.

This took 2 hours. He than proceeded to charge $140/ hour = $280 +$20 material. He than proceeded to mark it up by 15% for PROFIT. What the h*** was the $140/hour for.. $140 per hour!!!!!!!!!! rediculus!!!!! 2 hours to change 4 washers and a sink strainer.

It was a good experience. The gentleman who came was right on time. He asked questions and didn't try to sell us something (e.g. new toilets) that we didn't need.

during the process of laying vinyl flooring in the bathroom, it was discovered that the toilet flange was totally rusted out and needed to be replaced. Called Tim and he was at our house 2 hours later and replaced the flange.

Tim was punctual and professional and the price was right.

I have done business with Tim's Plumbing for about twenty five to thirty years. They have the cheapest prices I have ever seen for a plumber. They are very professional.

He did a great job. He fixed everything. He didn't replace anything that didn't need to be replaced. I have a friend that knows plumbing and he said that he did exactly what he should have done. I have used him another time, and I was happy with that experience too. He is a nice guy, who is punctual and timely.

The plumber was prompt. He immediately assessed the problem, and began to connect the sink to the drain. He took 30-40 minutes. The job was very straight forward, basic, and simple and he did it quickly and efficiently and well. The only concern was that I felt the price was a little high considering how easy the job was and how inexpensive the parts were that needed to be installed. He took about 30 minutes to do the job and 10 minutes to set up and clean up.

We had a few problems and they had to keep coming back. We do still have one problem that has not been fixed. When you turn on the cold water in the kitchen it comes out hot.

The first place I called, told me they wouldn't come out, and even if they did, it would cost me at least $140. Another place after leaving a message, never even called me back. But, when I called Tim's Plumbing they said it would be a $30 trip charge (I think I could handle that; couldn't you?) So I asked them if someone could come out, we decided on the next day, and they said they would call after 9 am, which they did, and 20 minutes later Todd was here. He was a very nice guy, he was knowledgeable, and confident of what he was talking about. It turned out to be our faucet. It was constantly running, even if it appeared to be turned off, underneath it was running! So water was constantly going under the sink boards, etc. Therefore, causing water to be going under the cabinets, then onto the floor. But because it would be best to get new cabinets before getting a new faucet, he didn't do any actual work. He checked on the few other little things and told me basically what was needed.
