I am still finding things that weren't done! Was told that there would be three cleaners, not that one would be a child!

"Sorry to here that you where not satisfied. A phone call to us would of helped you , because we would of been glad to go out and fix everything you notice, also you did a walk through that would of also been a chance for you to say something. we are a small family business and the girl working was not a child but my daughter who is 18 she is learning to do the job, I hire 16 and up as long as they do the job good."

Erika and her crew are great at what they do. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She cares about her work and shows through her results. Her communication is great and very competitively priced. I would bot hesitate to reccomend her for any job large or small. You can count on her to get it done right the first time

I can't say enough good things about Erika and her Crew. She goes above and beyond without even having to ask. Every time I come home after her cleaning it's an absolute pleasure. My house is spotless and tidy. Do yourself a favor and hire SPN now!!

SPN and Erika have been our cleaning team for several months throughout 2017. I hired them off Angie's list. I have found Erika to be very responsive when I ask her to touch something up or do something special, I have them every other week. We have a 2 story, 4 bedroom home, and I alternate the cleaning of certain areas. I am very pleased with her service, and look forward to continuing with them throughout 2018. I strongly suggest you give Erika a try!

I ended up letting them go because they were not consistent in their cleaning. They started out with a bang and then they were skipping some items I thought were part of their routine and I did not notice it until they were gone. I think I had them 2 more times but I cannot remember how much I paid. The inconsistency was my only problem. The interaction was very positive. I would not use them in the future because of the inconsistency.

Bought a big deal for $199. There was no additional charges. They were nice enough so I can't discount that. What I did not like was, I think I had them for like 8 hours. I asked for 3 or 4 other things be done. They were done in like 4 hours and did not do the other things that I had requested. Which was well in reason to do. I wasn't expecting so many people and did not get a warning. I think there were 4 people. I thought it was only going to be 2. Again, I can not discount that they were very nice and helpful in some ways. They could have done more work. Whenever I am going to have additional people in my house, I need to know in advance. We had a hard time connecting. I would call and she would say that she sent an email response. I did not ask for an email. I asked for a call.

Erika did a great job, I haven't seen the place so clean in a long time. She was very responsive and easy to deal with and her prices were fair and reasonable. I'm actually going to be using Erika's services in my home now as I have been having issues with a person who I have used for cleaning in the past.

The house was spic & span. Stove & refrigerator were immaculate. 2 cleaners were at our house for 4 hours. Got an amazing amount of work done. Dusted all of the hard to reach areas.

Erika was very responsive to requests, I decided this morning I wanted to add the inside of the refrigerator and she fit it in no problem. I love that they text, makes it easy for busy people! I came home to a sparkling house. They really went above and beyond! Can't wait to schedule next month!
