I would highly recommend Marvin and Dianna. They don't just list a property and then sit back.  They work hard to sell it.  I had 3 or 4 open houses.  They suggested offering a cash incentive to buyer's agents.  Dianna helped me rearrange the furniture to make the living room look bigger.  They gave me weekly reports that showed interest online and prospective buyer feedback.  When offers came in, they offered advice on how to counter.  The decisions were always mine to make, but I appreciated their professional input.

On the buy side, Marvin and Dianna provided me with all the listings in my price range and area.  We had two or three days of seeing multiple homes.  They are both excellent at spotting defects in the foundation, concrete, etc.  They will point out maintenance that needs to be done on the exterior or input on the layout or size of rooms, etc.  The best thing about them is how they went to bat for me during the offer to purchase phase.  They always had my back.  They work well together, and they are very good at keeping me updated.  They are absolutely the best!
