Deb was on time and the inspection was very detailed. The report provided useful information on the condition of the house and she also provided additional information for first time home buyers and provided a list of resources for home maintenance, a CD-ROM, and a link to he company's website for additional information and resources. Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of the inspection.

Deb Skelding inspected every system in the house. I accompanied her as she made her way through the house, explaining her findings each step of the way. She also talked about how each system worked, which was informative and helpful. When I made the appointment, she asked if there was anything in particular that I wanted her to look at. I asked about options for installing central air in a house with radiant heat. She arrived for the inspection with information about an air conditioning system that would work with the type of heating system in this house. Deb discovered several potentially serious problems in the house. She was very clear about the scope of her expertise and she recommended a structural engineer who could come in to look at the foundation. We ended up negotiating with the sellers for a lower price based on the structural engineer's findings. Deb's written report was very thorough. The turnaround time from my first phone call to the final report was just a few days.

Deb performed a very thorough inspection of the home I had put an offer on. She explained everything she was inspecting and told me what was wrong( and there was plenty wrong). DJ was very thorough and detailed in her assessment of both the property that I had initially intended to purchase, as well as the property that I did purchase. The inspection was worth every penny. The inspector took the time to point out things that needed to be fixed, provided explanations and helpful information while going through both inspections. On the first inspection that DJ did for me a natural spring was discovered in a hard to get to area of the crawl space. Many other inspectors may have missed it because of accessibility, but not only did DJ document the problem, but provided photos that simply could not be disputed.
