We are a small local company going into our 3rd season. After working in the industry for roughly 18 years, the CEO decided to branch out on her own. We conduct a thorough project consultation with every customer before we start, and a project plan is developed based on: area size, installation timeline, and plant/design/supply requirements. Services we offer
We offer consultations/estimates in association to a landscape design for the yard, and indoor/outdoor decorating w/ a client or based on the design., door swag, edging, etc. For holiday decorating we offer: decorative baskets w/ boughs, installation of landscape materials including: plants, maintenance for flower/shrub beds, mulch/stone, pavers, real/fake arrangements, the option for us to put up your holiday lights as you please or based on our creative design

With the crazy Spring/Summer weather that we had, it is a miracle anything got done. However "Planted" came through for me. Exceptional work. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Best landscaping in the neighborhood! ! Would recommend them to anyone looking for great landscaping for a great price. Thanks Planted. I love it!

I am extremely pleased with the results. Penny and her crew were very thorough and professional. Weeds have not returned but the transplanted perennials are returning. A refreshing difference from the many landscape services who only want to plow snow/cut grass. PLANTED is now my spring/fall clean up source.

Quality work and very efficient. Get in and get the work done as promised. When questions came up they were always addressed promptly and fairly. Penny and her staff are very hard workers who take pride in their work. Honesty and customer satisfaction guide all that they do. Wonderful experience with Planted, LLC! We had Penny design and install complete landscape plants around our entire pool deck, beds on side of house, and even a large bed at a commercial property we own. What we loved about Penny's designs is that they are different then the cookie cutter designs you will get from most landscape companies. She will listen to your likes/dislikes, and then make fantastic recommendations based on setting, colors, etc. She has an amazing eye for design backed by extensive knowledge! The install process was painless -- she and her crew take great care (even going above and beyond by cleaning up and pruning some existing plants to make them look nice even though they didn't have to). She provides clear after care instructions, and is always available to answer questions - we had a few plants that we weren't sure if we were watering too much, too little, etc -- so we sent her a text with pictures of the plant and followed her instructions and fixed the issues! Stands by her work. We would highly recommend and have asked her to design and install additional areas of our yard!

Penny was so dependable and reliable, following through with everything she promised & was hired to do. She has an incredible work ethic and the yard always looked amazing when she was done. Penny did work at both our home and a small office building we own. We were almost starting from scratch in both areas. She put together plans that were uniquely beautiful - different from the "cookie cutter" plans from other landscape companies. She also re-purposed some of the plants we had in our yard already and incorporated them into her design . I appreciated her customer service -- always kept us updated and followed up promptly with any questions, etc. She and her crew were very professional and we are thrilled with the end result! I would Penny and Planted LLC again and recommend highly.

The whole project went really well. Penny was responsive and listened to what we wanted (a low-maintenence bed that would attract bees and butterflies and would bloom all summer). She suggested some less-common plants that we might like, drew up a design and installed the bed. She also dug up some old bricks bordering our brick patio and re-set them. She made the whole process easy, and the final result is great!

In back yard, weed killing not effective after first treatment. Upon my saying so, Penny applied a second weed killing application. Am still waiting to see if this will do what is needed. In general, Penny has been quite direct, professional, honest and dependable. After overcoming the persistent weeds, the seeds began doing what they do. A couple weeks later, I reseeded all open spots, gave extra seeding later, plus Consistent daily watering. I have a fine looking lawn. And all along, Penny has been helpful in answering all my questions and making suggestions that would be helpful. Even many weeks after her work was done, she has answered several landscaping questions that I emailed to her.

After getting some quotes from a couple of places a co-worker told me about Planted. Penny came out and listened to what my idea for my backyard was. She showed me options and gave me very, very accurate pricing. Penny's careful planning helped save me some money!! The work was preformed on time and on budget! Impressive work ethic. I couldn't have picked a better company! Planted did everything just the way I wanted it. I never worried about the house if I wasn't around. The Planted crew was trust worthy and never left any mess when the job was done. Penny (owner) checked in with multiple times to be sure they were doing things exactly as I wanted them. I had talked to three other landscapers before I was lucky enough to find Planted. I actually had hired one of the other companies and they didn't show up! The cost for the work was much less than the other companies quoted and none of the other companies would remove yard waste. Planted did all.

There was a delay in planting the trees due to hot weather. When the trees were eventually planted the size and overall shape of each tree exceeded my expectations.
