Oak Creek Plumbing

Called to have my ice maker in my fridge to be hooked up. They gave me a 15% coupon for being a first time customer. They came out the next day and quoted me a price between $300-$500 and that I could not use the 15% coupon. I told him no thank you, that he was way to expensive. I was required to a service fee of $62.25. I gave him $63 and he left without giving change. Per service guy, they could have quoted me over me over the phone.

Very well. Good warranty. Always follows up promptly, if needed. Personable office staff and technicians.

They found a hard to find replacement part for our 20 year old bathtub. We were very happy with the work.

The project was well planned and the few minor problems that did arise were quickly resolved. Thanks to the skill, expertise, and professionalism of the sales rep, project manager, plumber, counter top installer and technicians who laid the floor, removed the chimney and took care of the many other activities needed to update my kitchen, I am very satisfied with Oak Creek Plumbing and especially pleased with my new kitchen.

PROFESSIONAL JOB WAS DONE, SAME DAY SERVICE, VERY SATISFIED. REPLACE ONE LONG GAS PIPE AND TWO SMALLER PIPES HAD TO BE CUT OUT AND RECONNECT.

Water was coming into basement. After mopping up the floor, I could tell that the water from dehumidifier and A/C were not able to drain properly. Mike came from Oak Creek and fixed the problem quickly. He found the clog and out came a cat ball and a large nail. The previous owners of the house had a cat so it must have been there for over 12 years when I bought the house.

We knew upon signing the contract that we would wait 2 months until work would begin. But we were disappointed that the job ran about 6 weeks behind the projected finish date without any obvious reasons, such as back orders. Contractors in the house were very nice. Work is high quality, but admittedly on the pricier side.

I discovered the leak on a Saturday night and called first thing Monday morning. Mike was here mid-morning and was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. The bottom of the cabinet had slightly buckled due to the water and Mike told me about water alarms which I could get at the hardware store. I promptly purchased two, one for the kitchen sink and one for the utility room. I have had a contract with Oak Creek Plumbing for over 10 years and have never had a negative experience. All the plumbers have been excellent. I also had a bathroom remodel almost three years ago and have never had a project go so smoothly. I have never had anything but good experiences with Oak Creek Plumbing.

Installation was as described. Technician was professional and courteous. Options were explained and easy to understand.

Oak Creek Plumbing was very prompt, polite and professional. For this job I had already removed one of the sillcocks, the water was already shut off (I have shot off valves for each one.) They came over and gave me an estimate that was "regular" price including a discount for having one already removed. There was a second price including a service plan for a year that was about $60 more than regular. He then showed my what the price he was supposed to charge was - over $500 per sillcock. Just wanting the job done I approved the "regular price." Everything went well and they were gone in about 1.5hrs (including having a part dropped off to them). I can not complain about the service, but the price seemed excessively high given the work that was done. I would look elsewhere if you have the time to see if you can get it done for less unless cost is not a factor.

Excellent! Work was done quickly, efficiently and well. Plumber was knowledgeable, polite, and left my home as clean as he found it. I am comfortable having Oak Creek personnel in my home; they are very trustworthy. I have used Oak Creek Plumbing numerous times and will continue to use them!
