1.   Owner Bob was dishonest and I would never recommend Oak Creek Auto to anyone.

Shop cut disks and replace disc pads in about 2 hours time.
I couldn't ask for more - my car was pulling hard to the left and
I was in the area and was working at the time.  He took me in right
away and didn't overcharge me for my emergency.  Great work at
a very fair price!

The parts under warranty were replaced and we paid for the labor.  We were referred to OC Auto several years ago by a friend.  We take all of our vehicles here.  They are honest and have always been able to repair anything we've brought in.  They're a nice family-owned business and they do their best to provide good customer service and reliable repairs at a decent price (much cheaper than any dealer).  A good, honest mechanic is one of the hardest things to find in this day and age.   OC Auto fits the bill.

Oak Creek was $70 less than the shop near my home and were able to get me in and out within 2 hours.  I was then given an A/C Delco information booklet which offered a $75 reimbursement for towing!  Oak Creek has always been the best priced and msot honest shop with which I have ever dealt.  I now live about 12 miles from their location and still insist on using them for ONLy.

The estimate they gave was accurate. They explain what they are going to repair and exactly how much the labor and parts will cost. they are honest and very cordial.  Iam going back this week for another repair.

Everything went great.  I didn't even need an appointment.  They said I could just bring it in anytime.  I brought in my car and they quickly did the emission test.  My car passed.  And everything was free.  They had great service.

We were having extreme difficulty shifting gears on our 1997 Honda. After careful consideration and a reccomendation from Angies List, we chose to take the car to Oak Creek Automotive on South 27th Street for repairs. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The very next day, they called and told us that the car was ready.They did an excellent job on our car and we felt that the price/cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Oak Creek Automotive and we would certainly bring any future repair work to them.

Awful, I took the car home and never went back.

It went great.  I was totally impressed, particularly that they did the inspection for free.

The heater seems to be working really well.  We were pretty pleased.

It was great overall.

Besides having to call a few times for the estimate the experience was good. The prices were right in-line with what several sites said I should expect and when the brake hose burst I dropped it off at 10pm and was able to pick it up by 11am the next day. I would definitely use these guys again.

I have had a couple jobs done at Oak Creek Automotive. They are reasonably priced, don't try to sell service you don't need.

This guy is so honest and good. What makes them great is that they are reliable, professional, and you can ask questions. When I take my car in they will check it over and they never ever charge for services that you do not need. They really take good care of me. My car broke down and they towed it, so I got to know these guys. He will call around town to find you the best price for parts. He is just a nice and friendly person.

It was great. I dropped my car off at 8am and I called at 4pm to see if they had a chance to get to it yet. I thought I would be leaving it another day. Especially because they seemed rather busy when I dropped it off. To my surprise he said my car was done and ready to go. Even better they were open until 9pm so my daughter didn't have to miss her college classes in order to take me to get the car. I really liked this place!

I usually talk to Bobby, the owner, who is very personable and honest. He always gets me in right away. They do good work at a reasonable price. I've found their prices to be less than most places. He will offer me a ride home if the work will take longer than expected. They get a lot of business, always busy, so that says a lot. The waiting time may (or may not) be longer than some places, however.

Their price was $200 less than Midas. They replaced the pads and rotors. They were honest, quick and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.
