 + 0 moreWe are really pleased with the work that was done. There was great attention to detail and very careful and efficient work. Jason and his helper were extremely kind, considerate and polite. This is a company that I feel we could leave the house andlet the workers remain. Very trustworthy. We are indeed considering having Jance Custom Construction LLC return in the spring to do a total renovation of the existing kitchen.
Description of Work: Replaced tile in two bathrooms.

 + 4 moreJason (the owner of Jance Custom Construction) came to our house for an estimate - with very good references from some friend of us.I'm glad my friends passed us his name, working with him has been a pleasure.He visited our house and designed with us a custom wall cabinet and a bookshelf for our master bedroom office space.The furnitures were built from scratch in a couple of weeks, during which Jason stopped by multiple times to check with us samples/colors and a variety of little details.Everything has been perfectly crafted, fully matching our requests.Best of all, the custom furnitures were installed on a Saturday morning - quickly and professionally.We like our master bedroom new furnitures, and we are now asking Jason to keep going with a wall cabinet for our dining room and a huge 8ft bifold french door for our family room entrance.We certainly recommend Jance Custom Construction to everybody wanting great quality custom furnitures, and also extreme attention to details. Last but not least, Jason's prices are absolutely competitive. You'll like that too :)

 + -1 moreAfter water damage occured in my home I had to have new Hard wood floors laid in my home. Finished last week. over 1000 sq feet of flooring that they had to install. tore out the base boards, moved furniture. Had to re do tile in the laundry room they did a fabulous job! Very neat in clean up at the end of each day, very professional, the Quote was very reasonable and the final project was exactly budgeted.
Description of Work: Re did hard wood floors in my whole house after water damage.
