Floor Coverings International (FCI) was an excellent company to work with. I needed someone who could remove ceramic tiles and carpeting, measure, and install a specific product I was only able to find online. Local companies only provided these services if I bought their flooring. I found FCI via Thumbtack. They responded immediately to my inquiry. Ally, the design coordinator, came to my house and was a pleasure to work with - knowledgable, professional and very helpful in assisting me with my project. As the job proceeded I found the whole team to be comprised of quality people. Jason, the flooring installer is a craftsman. His workmanship provided beautiful results. From my experience I can say they stand behind their promise to make the customer happy. You can trust them to do you right.

We had a great experience working with Floor Coverings International! We replaced carpet in our family room and bedroom, and we are so happy with how the whole process went. The consultation was really convenient; measurements, samples, and quote were all done right in our home and was easy to schedule. Installation went very smoothly as well. Dave, Abby and the installation crew were all great, we received excellent service from everyone on the project. We love our new carpet, and the rooms feel like a brand new space!

Exceptional work! Great communication, worked around our schedule, and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. The installers did great work as well! They moved all the furniture, including a large bar, and did it about two hours faster than they said they would.

Dave was great at helping me select colors for the floor in the kitchen and the bathroom. He made sure that we when with colors that would flow well together with the colors of the cabinets, and paint. I love the look and how easy it is to clean. I get compliments everything someone new comes to visit. Dave and his team made sure that everything was done exactly the way I wanted it to be done. Absolutely fantastic job on my kitchen and bathroom floors. My home is over 100 years old and has lots of â  quirks â  . They rose to every challenge with not only their experience, but incredible artistry. I never realized what a difference new flooring could make. Now I do and Iâ  d never use any other company. Dave and his team were thorough professional. The work was completed per schedule. No complaints so far although I would expect them to follow through with me about post installation care and any other tips, which was promised at the time of installation, which never happened.

The beginning process was fine, they called me immediately and set an appointment right away. The installer was nice and knowledgeable, careful removing the toilet and vanity we saw an issue with the subfloor. No problem I wanted it fixed right I now got charged an extra 250 for him to run and get a piece of Plywood for the floor and he was back within the hour and put the piece in place all within that hour. When finished the vinyl floor started going in and it looks beautiful! The caulking is absolutely terrible, it is cracking around the floor, and he only put minimal amounts. But the first thing I noticed was the vanity it literally came right off the wall the next day I called them they sent them back out and all he did was go over the same exact caulking he already did So about a week later it came off the wall again. I called and left a message with the receptionist to have her call me back never saw my stuff so I messed up and I just paid $1000 I am beyond upset !
