Like I said, Joe gave me a great quote for the installtion as well as getting me a great price on the flooring.
The flooring I had picked out was a pattern that didn't seam well, so Joe made sure to point that out to me and made sure that I understood that about this particular floor before I placed the order and paid for the flooring.
Joe was great answering all my questions when he came out to the house the first time for the estimate. And also was great answering all my questions when I was placing the order for the flooring.
He was also very accomodating and flexible when it came to the installation. He knew that him being able to install the floor was dependant on when the new cabinetry was installed in my kitchen. He was very proactive and kept in touch while we were waiting for the cabinet install and was able to get the floor in pretty much immediately after the cabinets were installed at a time that work for my schedule.
The flooring looks great. Joe took his time and did really an amazing job! He also let me do some of the prep work myself so save a little money!
