The end product turned out beautiful and we were very happy with everything. The workmanship and the quality. They did not do the install.

We met with Empire when we were originally looking at specs for the house. We used what he had done for this model before, but he was quite helpful in suggestion changes or additions from what people had done in the past. Overall a good experience. They are a smaller shop so sometimes communication is a little lacking, but in the end, everything was done on-time and with great quality.

The whole experience was tremendous. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. The craftsmanship was second to none. The vanity was very very well done. Everything was immaculate.

We had some unique requests for our cabinets, and he filled our expectations beautifully. In addition to the kitchen cabinets, he did some bookcases and cabinets in the living room. We totally redid our kitchen. He came out and made measurements before the walls were actually in place. He came back out after the walls were in place to measure again. They fit beautifully. The workmanship was excellent. After the cabinets were installed, they came to measure for the countertops. We went with Formica that looks like granite, and everyone that comes into our kitchen thinks our countertops are granite. They did a beautiful job with the countertops. I will definitely use them again in the future and have already recommend them to others. His price for custom cabinets was less than some quotes from other companies on ready-made cabinets.

They explained the different types of woods available and the different looks that we could do. This, including the carpentry and staining, and also the door handles and fixtures.
