Description of Work: We have been using E&R/Ryan for years he installed our original A/C and Furnace. On Sunday of the Memorial Day Weekend Eawigs invaded our A/C unit and shorted out a contractor and blew a fuse. Ryan was here within an hour fixed it, didn't even charge us what he should have for a Sunday/holiday weekend call for labor. He is a fantastic businessman who makes sure his customers keep coming back. I would recommend him to anyone!!

+ -1 moreE and R arrived on time, worked hard, and were very friendly to my obnoxious dog. They first came out to give us a free estimate and an array of options that would work for us. I never felt pressured or that I was just being sold the most expensive unit. This is a two man operation and they both work well together and make you feel very comfortable, even with four screaming kids running around and a dog. Although I knew they had another job, they never made me feel that they were hurried or just trying to finish up and leave. They updated me through out the day and made sure I knew exactly what I was doing and were genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. They made sure that I was aware of the warranties, how to fill out the forms, and the tax credits that I could apply for next year. Another added bonus.
Description of Work: We have used E & R Cooling in the past. When we had a home warranty we had to use a different company that the home warranty covered. It was at that time that we realized what great guys E & R Cooling were. They are professional, punctual, and very reasonable in their pricing. They talk you through the product and usage and make sure everything is exactly as it should be. I would never trust anybody else to work on my heating and cooling.
