We could not be more pleased with the service E&R provided.  Their price for a quality furnace was competitive.They left the work area cleaner than it was when the began work.

i called when my furnace stopped working, he said he'd be there within the hour and he was! He found the problem quickly and fixed it for a fair price!

Top Notch service. Extremely reasonable service

E and R arrived on time, worked hard, and were very friendly to my obnoxious dog. They first came out to give us a free estimate and an array of options that would work for us. I never felt pressured or that I was just being sold the most expensive unit. This is a two man operation and they both work well together and make you feel very comfortable, even with four screaming kids running around and a dog. Although I knew they had another job, they never made me feel that they were hurried or just trying to finish up and leave. They updated me through out the day and made sure I knew exactly what I was doing and were genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. They made sure that I was aware of the warranties, how to fill out the forms, and the tax credits that I could apply for next year. Another added bonus.
