They had some problem finding and installing an additional 256K chip, however for only a few dollars more they were able to take out the original 256K chip and install a 512K chip. They completed the project in the time frame promised and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for your computer repair needs.

I had been having a message come across my computer of crash and they did a complete scan and also guided me to do my own restore. They also recommended and added RAM. This is now the second time I have used them for basically the same type of problem, but on another computer, this time a laptop and they gave me the same incredible service. For the diagnostic, they did not charge me at all and also gave me choice to follow their instructions and do the service at home, or I could leave computer and they would give it complete overhaul. They are super!

They do not talk you into something you do not need nor do they talk down to you if you are not technologically savvy. I always feel comfortable with them and after having several horrible experiences with Geek Squad, I will go to DK Systems for all of my computer needs!
