Micah arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Some water had found it's way into the main panel (due to a lack of caulk around the wire from the outside meter). One of the two main breakers was shorted (and scorched) leaving one half of the circuits not working. Micah replaced the whole load center and all of the circuit breakers in a matter of two hours. He also caulked the opening that was the source of the problem. I am very satisfied with the work done.

This project started as a simple replacement of a 50+ year-old electrical panel. The first bidder gave a fair estimate, but missed many key code violations. Chris walked down the project with me, noted some key violations, many of which I suspected. I have 40 years experience as an engineer in the electric utility business, mostly in power plants, so I am no stranger to the technical side of electricity. I shared my future plans for Customer-Owned-Generation, electric vehicle charging, and so on. What started out as a simple panel replacement ended up as a 200A upgrade with a new 100A subpanel in both the basement and the garage. The new 200A panel with the 100A subpanel in the basement was due to the relocation of the service entrance out of the sunroom, which also eliminated the power line 3' above the flat roof. Chris' work corrected at least 3 code violations in the basement. We installed a 2-position meter socket for a future solar panel installation. In the garage, the 100A subpanel also provides for 3 additional outlets where I had only one before, plus a 30A RV outlet and a code-compliant emergency generator feed. I now have breaker space for any in-house upgrades. While the work scope tripled, I am extremely satisfied with the end result. The new subpanels allow for all my future projects, and have already benefited some current ones. Chris' team of Steve, Scott, and Gino demonstrated excellent "skills of the trade". All work was expertly done in the two days as scheduled. The scope of work was adequately communicated by Chris to his team. They cleaned up everything at the end, and always kept the work area neat and safe. The project was much more than a simple upgrade. I back-calculated the cost based on my experience as a project manager, and the price was very fair and reasonable. My A ratings in all categories are sincere.

We are pleased with the results. The dimmer switch works perfectly. A good experience all around.

Steve did an excellent job installing wiring for a new garbage disposal. He was polite and professional. He offered a suggestion about the placement for the switch. He put in a new breaker and made sure to tell me about the warranty situation. He was efficient and there was no mess to clean up afterward. I asked him a couple of general electrical questions, which he cheerfully answered. And he also took a few minutes to swap out my old door chime for me. I was very satisfied.

The electrician was very professional and polite, and cleaned up afterward. Work was done well and quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

Great, Steve came and found a loosened wire in the electric panel that was heating and tripping the circuit breaker. He then tightened all the screws in the panel. He also suggested replacing an out-of-date dryer outlet, which we declined because it wasn't a safety problem and would cost about $200. Steve is efficient, smart and friendly. They seem to be quite busy because my appointment was made for 2 weeks in advance because it was not an emergency.

Making appointment was easy. They called to confirm appt. Steve arrived on time. Work quick and professional. Cleaned up work area!

This company is SUPER! Their scheduler is very nice and does everything that she can to accommodate your schedule.
Gino, the electrician was friendly, very hardworking and does everything right. We have an old house with 1920's electric so he had to update a lot of wiring. He prepped for a kitchen cabinet install and then came back to finish some of the work after the cabinets went in.
He was on time both days, got right to work and finished as fast as he could while doing an excellent job. He was very respectful of our new cabinets, put everything back, used drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
AND the price is very reasonable!
This was about the 4th time they have done work for us and it always like this.
This is the kind of company that you are happy to find- you only wish that all contractors cared the way they do!

This company is amazing!  They are always very friendly, prompt, efficient, and professional.  I have used them on numerous occasions and have always had a positive experience. 

Excellent experience.   Called earlier today.   Electrician came this afternoon.  Found problem right away.  Repaired it and installed a new switch I had purchased for a 3Way Dimmer.  It was all taken care of in less than half an hour.  Would definitely use in the future if need arises.

Very good over all, arrive on time, honest about the costs, everything looks good when finished. the only issues we've had (used same place several times) is making sure that the office talks to their people. The lady we talked to was very nice however the first time she wrote the work order up that we needed a fan but had light timers when we actually had the fan and needed the light timers. The second time we were told she would call us with a date and time for the next visit but she didn't call until the day of 20 minutes before. Otherwise no issues, just try to double check on the work order before they start and call in I'd you don't hear anything about a date and time.

I have never seen a contractor of any kind work as hard as these gentlemen do on every job we've had them for. Top notch in my books. They are extremely professional, responsible, and prompt. They are our electricians for our home, and the only ones we will ever hire. Thanks CR, for all you do!

Chris set an appointment on Monday. By the end of the day He was running a little late and called my wife to tell her that. After checking everything out in the basement, the breaker still wouldn't kick over although the power was on for half of the outlets in the same circuit in the kitchen. Finally he tracked it down to a sconce I had hung on a wall opposite the kitchen.  A metal anchor I had put in on Saturday morning to hold the sconce up in the bedroom had penetrated through the wall to a kitchen outlet and shorted out half the circuit. Chris fixed it, was there to almost 7pm, and charged a very reasonable amount.  
He was courteous and prompt on the phone and very professional.  I would definitely use them again.
