 + -1 moreI LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND ALMOST GAVE UP BEFORE BOB RETURNED MY CALL. (IT WAS SO LATE IN THE PROCESS THAT HE ASKED IF IT WAS TOO LATE FOR HIM TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.) THE PRICES QUOTED WERE HIGHER THAN THAT OF THE FIRM I CHOSE, AND THE DIAGRAM OF THE CLOSET ORGANIZATION HE WAS SUGGESTING WAS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND.
Description of Work: DESIGNED AND QUOTED CLOSET SYSTEM FOR 2 BEDROOM CLOSETS.

 + -1 moreEACH TIME I CALLED I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THEIR VOICEMAIL BOX WAS FULL. I GUESS THEY DON'T CHECK THEIR VOICEMAIL REGULARLY. BY THE WAY, I CALLED DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL BE GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY TO REDO OUR CLOSETS.
Description of Work: I CALLED THIS COMPANY 3 TIMES DURING THE COURSE OF ONE WEEK AND WAS UNABLE TO EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE.
