 + -1 moreThe person behind the desk basically stated that it was the way the business went, that the delivery date was always a day late.
Description of Work: Twice I took shirts to the cleaners and both times the clothes were not ready on the day they were promised. Shirts were cleaned adequately, but if they can not deliver what they promise, I'll find another cleaner.
