Welcome to Affordable Locksmith. Since 1995, Affordable Locksmith has been serving Milwaukee and surrounding areas with professional, courteous and fast emergency locksmith service. We are a small family owned locksmith business located right here in Milwaukee. We provide customers with one-on-one personal service. We do not have the huge overhead cost of running a showroom and with doing so we are able to keep our over all price lower than the competition, which in turn saves YOU money! Our 24/7 roadside emergency locksmith service will get you back on the road in no time. Our philosophy is to give you, our customer, what you want at a reasonable cost. We promise not to nickel and dime you to death. We believe that is a poor way to build customer trust and satisfaction. Most common job requests are pre-packaged into an affordable price bundle which includes labor, service call, and material. Our customers have found that our price packages have saved them a lot of frustration in making a decision on which locksmith was best for them.

Mike presented me with 3 different solutions. He never push me into anything and in fact suggested I take the medium of the three options because he wanted to save me money and he saw no need to waist money on something that was an overkill. He said he could do the job immediately and had the entire rental building completed in less than 2 hours. Fantastic service! I can not stress enough that Mike is a seasoned professional and actually cares about his customers.

He was there in under 30 minutes. When he arrived, he in and out in literally five minutes. Very neat, kind, and professional. I paid with a credit card on the spot. I was surprised that it ended up costing $106, since the problem did not require a good deal of work or drilling of any kind--just putting pressure on a certain spot to open the door, then screwing the doorknob back on. I'm not sure why it ended up being above the high end of the estimate, as opposed to the low end of $75.

I called around 10:30AM and Mike arrived around 12:30PM the same day. I had a broken rim night latch on the door and wanted to have a traditional deadbolt installed. Mike drilled a new hole. The door and frame are well worn. He noticed that the door frame was cracked and used 6" screws to drill into the wood studs. He keyed the new deadbolt to match the doorknob lock. He also installed a metal plate over the opening of the old rim night latch. It took about an hour total. He vacuumed up after he was done. He got a phone call while working and was very professional and told the caller that he would have to call them back. The deadbolt and metal plate/plug were $70, the labor was $95 and the service call charge was $39.95. The total with tax was $216.43. I would use Affordable Locksmiths again.

Mike was professional, punctual, and completed the job very quickly. We called him in an emergency situation and Mike was at our home within hours. It took him less than an hour to change all of our locks and be out the door. We paid about $200 to change 3 door locks and Mike was able to make us multiple copies of keys when he finished the job. We would gladly recommend Mike to anyone!

I was frankly surprised by the speed of his effort. I thought he was coming to check out the job and give me a repair date. Our lock for our back door (where we enter the home through our garage) broke. Mike was very easy to schedule with and was right on time. However, he normally does not install a lever style lock. When I told him my daughter was in a wheelchair and the lever lock made things easier for us he agreed to do a lever lock. He had to go to Menard's and pick it up and it took him awhile to do so. He did a nice job of installing the lock and it is working very well. Thanks, Mike for going out and getting the lock we needed. We appreciate it.

Wonderful service! Mike was prompt and worked super quickly. We originally said we just needed 5 locks rekeyed, but realized had a 6th and that we wanted to knobs to be replaced, and he was able to get it all done for us with no problem. Friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

The owner Michael J McNew completed the work himself. He also handled the scheduling and called to confirm before the appointment. He was punctual, efficient, and professional. We had researched installing new locks ourselves and determined that it would be better to leave it to a professional to do the work. That was the right choice, as he did a great job and we feel safe knowing that we have secure locks and only one key to keep track of!

Mike was on time, efficient and very nice. He was able to saw the lock open in less than 15 minutes. Able to pay with a debit card for a small fee and receipt emailed to me. Nice guy, if I ever need a locksmith again, he is the guy!

He is outstanding. He has upfront pricing, great availability and provides great service. He only charges for the time he is in your home and does not charge you for travel time to pick up supplies. I have used him multiple times and plan to keep using him for any locksmith needs. I give him A pluses for everything.
