THEY REMOVED THE CARPETING ONLY, BUT DID NOT COMPLETE NAIL, STAPLE OR GLUE REMOVAL. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL THE COMPANY BACK, THE OWNER USED A VERY CONDESCENDING TONE, REINFORCED HE WAS "NOT A CLEANING SERVICE", AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME. THE OWNER REQUESTED TO BE PAID IN CASH. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE WORK THAT WAS REQUESTED.
