I called to see if I could get service for my pool filter. I called my local pool service provider and described my problem, they informed me that I would need an entirely new pool filter set up, costing $1500-$2000. I call Poolside after checking Angies List and was told it sounded like it was just my pump, that i could bring the pump in and they would check for me. I was unsure on how to disconnect the pump and the young lady on the phone walked me through the process. I brought my pump in, it was not able to be repaired. They sold me a new pump at a great price on the spot and even connected my existing pump pipes for me to make reconnecting easier. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Poolside is a far distance for me to drive but due to their willingness to help me and the friendliness of their team I will make the drive.

Poolside recently installed a beautiful new liner in our in-ground pool.
Poolside's crew arrived Friday night to begin draining the pool. Saturday morning, they arrived early to remove
the old liner and prepare the pool for the new one.
Once the old liner was removed, they prepared the pool surface and installed the beautiful new liner. When the
water trucks arrived, they carefully installed the pool fixtures and the result is beautiful!!
The entire process from start to finish took over 6 hours. The Poolside crew was super friendly and professional.
They answered all our questions and kept us informed of each step in the process.
We will continue to use Poolside for all our pool and spa needs and we highly recommend them for any pool or
spa service.

Since the hot tub is installed inside our home this was not a simple remove the old hot tub, and drop off a new one, an entire wall of our solarium needed to be temporarily removed to get the new hot tub in and installed. The Electrician needed to be coordinated, along with the carpenter as there is custom cedar decking around the entire tub. Chris and his Team at Poolside took care of everything including removal of the old hot tub coordinating with the Electrician and carpenter, and installation of the new tub. The project could not have gone smoother than it did. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The service tech was on time and very personable. He fixed the problem quickly and explained why the polaris was over heating. He also made other suggestions to keep our pool running efficiently.

After purchasing a house in Mukwonago, we needed some assistance in handling the outdoor hottub that was new to us. The current service the house had was unrealable so we decided to change to Poolside based on a neighbor's recommendation. A big difference! They really took the time to help us understand the chemicals and maint steps. We even had to drain and refill a few time along the way that they provided assistance with. It's nice that you can bring in the water and have them test it in their store and tell you what chemicals to add. Also had them close up the Spa for winter and will have them reopen it and start up weekly maint again come Springtime.

We use them twice a year for opening and closing. They are very customer friendly and easy to work with. They are prompt and professional. I feel comfortable with having them at my home and their prices are reasonable.
