they weren't able to come out the day I called which I didn't have a problem with since it was still supplying hot water and wasn't leaking badly. They came out the first thing the next day.

. i just did not make time to do it myself. price was high for technician work and done incorrectly. i needed to make modifications to the work that was done. disappointed.

Definitely recommend highly. Just the excellent communication alone was worth it! Fair price, quick service. I honestly doubted any of the other 7 plumbing companies I called could handle it based on initial conversations with them, but after I sent the pictures none of them called back to even offer to work on. Fortunately Erspamer's most experienced plumber has seen it all. The project involved sawing, torching, manipulating tiny parts, and well working in our ugly little shower stall. Yet the installer remained friendly, upbeat, confident, and never complained about any of it. It looks great, and functions perfectly now. He not only came on time, but called to see if we'd like him to come early since he had the time. He also said he can change the media in our iron filter. Which is scheduled now for next week, and should save us the cost of buying a new one. Awesome!

Erspamer Plumbing did a great job with our kitchen remodeling. Dave is skilled, honest, punctual and excellent at returning phone calls.

Dave and team were very professional, courteous and punctual. They managed removal of the old sink just fine, but the opening had to be cut so he called in a granite specialist who was able to come fairly quickly. A bit messy but they go it done. Install went fine and the end result is beautiful. I would use them again.

I had a contractor 2 years ago redo a bathroom remodel, and he used Erspamer. Everything he touched was messed up and leaked. I could not let him in my door again, and it upset me to see that he has an ''A'' rating on Angie's List. I am weary now about making any decision. He walked in, and everything is a mess. He put in a new toilet, it leaked, he put my faucets in my sink, and both faucets, the hot and cold leaked. I couldn't put towels under my cabinet for months. When they demoed the tub, they put a hole in the wall of the connecting room. There were two holes in the connecting room. They came back, and I didn't notice the holes until months later, because you couldn't see them, and when I called the contractors, he said that it happens. I didn't like all these surprises. They had to remove the tub, because leaking happened to have happened in the room below, and when he removed the tub, and was installing a whole new tub, and faucet and everything that I had bought, he was here alone one day, and I heard him run the water. He came downstairs, and ran back up screaming. I didn't go and see what he did, I just trusted that he was going to do what he was going to do, and when he left, I went into my laundry room, and I was surprised I didn't get  a heart attack and fall over. There was water pouring all the way down my wall that adjoins to my wall. I had water all over my washer and dryer. Water was pouring down over the heat ducts, and he had left. I had never picked him, my contractor uses him. The faucet on the bathroom tub dripped and leaked. It still isn't right in there, and I don't want to have him in my home again. He has an ''A'' rating and I don't feel confident now having seen that to use anybody on Angie's List. Everybody has a different experience, and mine was just awful.  The contractor was a neighbor in my cul-de-sac, and I wouldn't even use him. They were very polite, professional,and they came back, but I had to paint the bathroom twice, and I had to spend so much energy on this. I would never have them come into my home again.

Went really well. The guys are very flexible if i need them on a certain day, they came. Hi quality and really good pricing.

They were on time, got the work done in a timely manner and have great customer service.  In addition, they walked me through where we can install a reverse-osmosis system and we will be incorporating their suggestions and services into the next home project.

It was excellent.  They took away the old one and put in the new one.  They showed up on time and were very friendly and competent.

Dave did a very professional job. Was prompt, called back quickly, and worked quickly. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Dave came out the same day.   His work is of high quality and very reasonable as he really knows his stuff and works fast.  He was here for 1 1/4 hours and he removed and replaced the kitchen faucet, repaired the cold faucet on a laundry tub and removed and replaced 2 pop up drain stoppers.  I will definitely use Dave again.
