Description of Work: I called them to set up an appointment. After two weeks or so they called back. They came and looked at the projects that I needed done. They said they would get back to me and I never heard from them again. I would not use this company if they don't even have the decency to stop back or even call with estimates.
Geno did a very good job, but he was pricey. I think he did good work and there were no problems there; except the pricey part. The pricey part was hard to take and we couldn't afford to use them again. Geno subcontracted Demko Electric Inc. for electrical work. There was no agreement and he just brought them in his own, and then we got the bill. We were informed that Sally, who is Geno's wife, helped him on the project. She said that we would get a bill from the electrician. They subcontracted it and didn't inform us that we would get a bill. I don't know if $300 is worth complaining. The electrician did okay. It is just that we wanted to know about the bill; because they did charge us. Geno did not give us a detailed breakdown of the price for the windows and sliding door. He just gave us a total bill and didn't itemize anything. His billing left a lot to be desired and we were less than satisfied with his itemizing. We kept asking him what his estimate was. He just kept putting us off and at the very end he gave us the bill. There wasn't too much of a heads up on accounting or billing. We requested for an estimate from the very beginning and the estimates weren't given. So we had no idea what the final price might be or had a choice in the matter. He just assured us that we were getting the best deal.
Description of Work: We used Geno's Contracting Inc. Geno did our doors and windows, and provided some general handyman services. He did a sliding door, a large window for the living room, two smaller double ones in the bathroom and the bedroom, and a larger crank out in one of the bedrooms in the front. He tiled the bathroom. We provided the tile and he put in the same tile on the flooring. He also did sheeting on the ceiling and put a special paint on that. This was the first time I used him.
